The Method

The Hario V60 dripper is a study in patience — a cone, a filter, water poured in slow spirals over freshly ground single-origin beans. We named our café after this method because it's everything we believe in: careful craft, honest flavour, no shortcuts.

How We Brew

Source

Single-origin beans, ethically sourced from Ethiopia, Colombia and beyond. Freshness-dated and roasted to order.

Grind

Ground per cup, to order. Calibrated daily based on humidity and bean age.

Bloom

Hot water at 92°C in a slow spiral. CO₂ releases, flavour unlocks — the bloom is where the magic begins.

04

Pour

Three deliberate pours over four minutes. The result: clarity, sweetness, complexity in every cup.
